I am currently trying red light therapy to help with my anxiety and depression. I have been using it for a little over 2 weeks now and have not had much success so far, even becoming more anxious after some sessions.
I would like to know what treatments others have tried and what has worked.

Light therapy can be very helpful for anxiety and depression, especially if the light is right. Portable light therapy for SAD devices provide the necessary lighting to help correct circadian rhythms. It is important to follow the recommendations for the time and intensity of sessions - and gradually you will notice improvements.
