Not the kind of game you wish the Wings to play. The Flames should have won this game. Wings were outshot, out hustled, out hit and dominated for most of the game. This forced the game to be put squarely on Talbot's shoulders, and fortunately he came up with a stellar performance!
Shiner is not looking out of place and has been aggressive and forceful and an effective grinder. Nice to see him fit in!
However, this game put the Wings 1 pt away from a WC spot, and dare I say it, a chance to be in that spot by the end of tonight! That is if all others are co-operative.
