But there's still acres and acres of blue dot seats - ones for sale by the Sabres. These aren't selling because they are regular season prices - and the Sabres aren't trying to get pennies on the dollar like Sabres season seat holders.

There's only about 110 resale seats left - the rest are unsold seats.

If I had been going, looks like my strategy to wait until last minute would have cost me.

$55 for 1st row, upper bowl, dead centre ice still looks like the best deal.

A heckuva lot of lower bowl seats now for under $100.

Second tier seats - which apparently give you "Club Level Access" seem to be holding strong. From a quick googling, that means you can order food and drink to your seat, and the concessions and washrooms have much smaller lineups.

At the Air Canada Centre, you can order food and drinks to your seat from anywhere in the building. Just sayin'...

And interestingly, there aren't a tonne of resale tickets for Buffalo's final game on Thursday vs. the Flyers.

I'm guessing maybe fans want to attend the last game, which has giveaways and stuff.

The USD is tanking, that's barely $125.

So Waze is saying I wouldn't arrive at the Key Bank Centre until 7:29 pm, so my plans to grab cheap tickets for tonight might not be happening.
