I wonder how much impact it will have on the Sabres' ticket sales if Canadians skip games there because of the risk of ending up in a concentration camp in El Salvador. The move from zero risk of that to nonzero risk is a big jump when weighing the risk reward of watching a hockey game as a tourist.

I've seen estimates of Canadians at Bills games as anywhere from 20% to 33%.

How many are going to be willing to fork over those prices with the current .... stuff going on?

So interestingly, if you go to Ticketmaster.com and look at tix for tonight's game, most of the pink circle (re-sale) seats are being gobbled up. There may not be any left by 5 pm.

But there's still acres and acres of blue dot seats - ones for sale by the Sabres. These aren't selling because they are regular season prices - and the Sabres aren't trying to get pennies on the dollar like Sabres season seat holders.

20th row, lower bowl, directly behind the Sabres' net: $75

That's sweet.

There are currently 18 seats in front of him in the same section alone selling for regular price of $48.55, plus one set of 2 - $40.25 each.

It could be the opposite - he could be a longtime season ticket holder who is dead inside and can't even move his head anymore let alone manage ticket resales.
