(Radio.com) Roger Waters pulled a rare song out of the vaults during his concert in Mexico City last Thursday night (September 28) when he performed "Fearless" for the first time since 1971.

The fans at the show got the opportunity to hear the song live along with "One of These Days," both off Pink Floyd's 1971 album Meddle. All in all, Waters did an impressive 26-song set (via CoS).

If Waters' rare live treats in Mexico City are any indication, Pink Floyd fans will surely be in for one heck of a show when they attend Desert Trip, which begins next weekend. Roger Waters, Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Paul McCartney, Neil Young and The Who will all perform over two weekends. Read more here.

Chris Cornell, Jeff Ament, and Mike McCready discussed the possibility of a second Temple of the Dog album in a new Rolling Stone article.

Cornell: There’s always a chance [we’ll record more songs.] Just from my perspective, it would have to feel great. It’s a scary thing. I don’t want to say it would have to live up to the [first] album, but I wouldn’t want to take away from it. That’s the issue with me. I don’t want to detract from what happened before.

Ament: I just don’t know. That record is so unique in terms of what initiated it. But I love recording, so I’d always be up for it, I think. As far as more touring, it depends how we feel after the first set of dates. If everyone is excited, it might become a thing we do every once in a while. We can call each other up and say, “Hey, we just got an offer to plan London,” or something. That would be fun.

McCready: I hope we record again. It all depends on Chris and Chris’ interest. But I would record new songs in a minute. There hasn’t been any talk of it, but if Chris is into it and so are the rest of the guys, I’m totally into that.

he's pissed that his counterparts in radiohead had the guts to constantly push the boundaries while Oasis continued to churn out the same exact style of albums for 25 years

they're not even close to the same kind of band though. also they probably made more money than radiohead so he probably feels ok.

pretty awesome, love that track. Obscurred By Clouds is pretty underrated in the floyd catalog imo.

this guy turned country which is really upsetting but i really dug him in his two previous lives (a 90's "indie" band called best kissers in the world and his earlier solo stuff)

he was on my friend's record label for a while too. which was awesome because we both loved best kissers in the world and next thing we knew gerald collier was getting off a plane and giving him a hug.
