I just happened to have replayed and cleared the game last month. What a freakin classic, it's just so much fun to play. I got the *96 score without resorting to the interweb too, I managed to remember all the secret exits from when I played it as a kid

Oh man those were fun too. I had the 2nd one(still do) and I really liked it. The first one I rented. I think the 2nd one was my fave of the two? Haven't played them in forever but that's what I member.

Was the 3rd one just as good? haven't played that one (gotta say, baby kong is not exactly a character that I yearn to play as, lol)

i like the first one the most but the level design and platforming got more complex with each game so that can be a plus
