Bill, that was a great event. It was well-organized, and my wife and I now have everlasting memories of hugging the Cup, meeting some former players, and donating to charity all at the same time.

The line wasnt bad at all, it took us about 2 and a half hrs from start to finish.

Got a photo together with dad and my son.. all 3 generations of Flyers fans hugging the Stanley cup! My dad really enjoyed this day! It was also very cool to meet and talk with you! Bill, you are a genuine class act guy all around!

From a Flyers lifer, thanks for a terrific day. I was there and was amazed by your "grace under pressure". With thousands of people coming in and out and being pulled in multiple directions, you never lost your hallmark composure and class.

I also thank you for the keepsake picture I had taken of you, my 5-year old son and his 2 cousins - each touching the cup. It's a picture I'll treasure and I'm sure one he will as well.

What a great thing you accomplished, Bill, congrats!

Unfortunately, I was extremely ill Friday through Monday and was unable to attend. I never imagined you having to turn people away! It was my first chance to see Stanley again since the '04 playoffs when it came to the area. I was hoping to get a chance to meet you and some of the alum.....

Again, job well done. It's what the Flyers have always been about, and I hope we get to bring him back sooner rather than later, and not for an alumni event, but a present day WIN event!

Glad to her the cup made it on time. I heard you on XM day before and I could feel your pain in trying to get the cup there. Hats off for a great job. Wish you guys could go on tour with it, or at least post a pic of Burt with the cup

Jjust to let you know, you caught me off guard in NHL 08, 09, and 10 with your colour commentary. Either it was you reading off a stupid script or the stuff your "character" says was all your doing. If its the former, you better look into filing a lawsuit against those creeps in EA sports, because the stuff they have you saying is just embarassing, here's to hoping your not actually that disconnected in reality Mr. Clement.
