I have a 10,000+ card collection.

Some of my favorite ones

MJ star rookie
Gretzky topps rookie
5 OPC Chelios rookie's
5 complete 84/85 Topps hockey sets (LaFontaine rookie year)
1977 topps complete football set
76 topps Walter Payton rookie.
71 topps Hank Aaron, Willy Mays, Nolan Ryan, Harmon Killabrew, Steve Garvey, and Dusty Baker.

I have one of those totes full of cards (in boxes)... I have barely any idea whats in there. I Know there are football/baseball/hockey/basketball cards from the late 80's to mid 00's... My father keeps sending me his high dollar cards but I just put them in the safe. No idea what he sent me except the Lemieux & Brett Hull rookie cards.

I should try to figure out what I have someday.

some impressive cards on the list

I bought 10,000 cards this week alone

(may open up a shop down the road, all purpose shop), so I have been searching for deals

on a hasek kick for my personnel collection

bought over 50 graded 10 rookies in the past 6 months and tons of sealed sets of him and brodour

figure when they go in the hall they will get a bump

also grabbing a ton of andre reed rookies over the last 2 years

I grabbed a few hasek ahl team sets last month (pre rookie)

My collection fills my closet(2'x6' space) from back to front. Got a bunch of Hull rookies. Should've moved them when they were $100 a piece, now they're like $15-$25 a piece.

When Jordan retired I lost interest.

When Magic, Bird and MJ retired, I stopped caring about basketball.

I watched this year's finals hoping the Heat would lose and it was a great series, but other than that, I don't think I've watched more than a handful of basketball games since I graduated from HS.

I bought the complete 93 and 97 hockey sets for 15 a piece on ebay a while back.

I've got to have over 200 of them. 75% are open though. At one time they used to be very expensive.

Got a 91 Emmitt Smith one that would've cost 475 from a dealer. It's now worth about 20bucks.

yeah they have dropped a ton over the last few years

If I cant buy multi sets and throw insane best offers at them, I move on

hasek rookie starting line up, 95, goes for about $15 in the box on the line ups

the line up sets seem to go for $200 or so for the figures, and they dont come off those prices

Even though we are going to be sellers Black still said they are taking a hybrid approach by making the team better now and for the future

I found a guy that wanted to sell and sell fast because he was retiring and moving to FLA. Sold his whole collection for 20k. He set those aside for me, so I lucked out. If I'd of had the 20k I'd of bought it from him. It was a 150-200k collection if sold individually.

He's finally getting over that shoulder injury.

Same player as Staff but younger and signed long term for 1.2 mil less per.
