Looks like the NHLPA want to get in on the HBO24/7 and NHL/36 thing with their own little series.
Hatsmell is one of the players they follow. Click the preview clip in the link below to see him almost split his groin kicking the soccer ball around during pre-game.
Includes two former Flyers too.

I roled my eyes pretty quickly to see that it Martin Biron who was the former Flyer you speak of. He's a character guy but he's still a back up goalie. In fact, he's a back up goalie who tricked us into thinking he was a starter.
Great to see Hartnell apart of this though. This year is truly his year.
Also, Timmy P finally wrote a blog worth reading that makes sense. Nashville is in the playoffs, it doesn't make sense to move Weber or Suter. These 2 guys are the type of impact players who get moved during the summer. |

I was looking up Homer stats the other day and noticed that gem of a season as well to my amazement. Potted 30 and look at those p/off numbers. Ridiculous. |

I was looking for Flyers draft pick Petr Placek (#27 Harvard) but his isn't playing. Not sure if he's hurt or just a scratch.
He only has 1 point and is a -5 on the season. - ob18
he clearly sucks.

You know I don't drink often, or much. My average weekly intake is 0. And I may have a handful of drinks every couple of months. So I recently had to take a health assessment at work. How much do I drink in an average week--0. Have you had more than 5 drinks at one sitting in the past 6 months.--yes (for the only time in my life at the Amazing Race finale party in NYC in Dec.) The assessment comes back that I am at risk for drug and alcohol abuse. Seriously people, carbohydrate abuse, yes, drug and alcohol abuse, not in this lifetime. - bodiva88

I should have said "I rolled my eyes eyes when Martin Biron was one of the former Flyers..."
I'm aware both are former Flyers, it's just that I'd be just as interested in seeing what's going on in Hartnell's life as I would be Lupul. I'm not that big a Biron fan. I don't hate Biron but he's a back up goalie. Not very exciting to me. |

I think they chose Biron because he is quite a character. It should be an interesting watch.
