I meant the expense, but yes, point taken.
Decent flick, though. - tangent_man
Tangent_Ma'am needs to buy a big purse. Buy a 12 pack of soda and fridge it. Go to the dollar store prior to the flick and load up on candy and what not. Load the candy into the purse. when the soda's cold, pop a few cans of it into the purse and hit the road.
Don't do 3-D when 2-D is available.
Also, take your hat off, and you'll get the senior discount |

Take it easy on Greg Gilbert. He was my neighbor for the longest time. Great guy and really nice family. - Flyers1218
That may be, but it doesn't make him a capable coach. He has a poor history with players. Adirondack was not the first time. If you look at his coaching history, his relation with top players and prospects is poor. When he was in Calgary, he was responsible for putting the run on Marc Savard. As head coach with the Marlies, he handled top Leafs prospects poorly. Then he handled the Flyers prospects in Adirondack poorly. They form a pattern, they're not coincidences.
Pat Maroon played very well for Dale Hunter - and he's a demanding coach. There is blame on both sides, but if GG was not hired in Adirondack, I believe Maroon is still a part of the Flyers' organization.
When John Paddock took over, he righted the ship - and not just because he coached a system more like the Flyers' system. |
