he started the game with Boyes - Gaustad - Kaleta.. I was confused by that..

Ruff said after the game that he doesn't know his timeline to return to the bench and that it might not be this weekend..

So we might get to see Patrick and Teppo rolling lines again this weekend

I think we shall do it again the next game as well.The Sabres are in the B s heads.The first game threw the Sabres into a tailspin wouldnt it be nice to do the same to Boston now?Will be intresting to see how the Bruins play thier next game and how much last night might play in thier heads.

Hats off to Buff for that scoreboard beatdown. Boston didn't suck it up after the blown call on the tying goal. They had the play early on but let their emotions get the better of them...again. Seems to be the formula for alot of the B's losses this year. Their mental game is weak. I will say though that when fists were flying the vast majority landed on the faces of the Sabres. I give credit to them for standing in there and taking those shots.

I loved Kaletta's turtle though, was a nice tribute to Coach Ruff at the hands of Cam Neely. Should be a rule that you can't say a word after coming out of the shell though as it makes you look like an ass when you're tough talking after the fact.

Spector posted that they won't move Doan and they think he doesn't want to move. They mentioned the team's problems and his FA after this season but still don't plan to move him. I guess you never know.

I don't know how Calgary could keep Iginla, Camallari, Olli, and try to get another piece like Jeff Carter though..

I'm kinda suprised at the WGR poll results.............question is would you rather us make the playoffs or have a top 5 pick.

Right now 71% want the playoffs over the pick.

I'll take the pick all day long. So we bust our ass and somehow make 8th and then what? We get bounced in 5 games to Boston or NYR? That's short sighted to me, get a building block for the future not a heroric run to 8th place.

Second that .I keep looking for a spark from Stafford but the lights are on and no ones home.Im still wanting to move him and Boyes.Both look out of place here.Hate to move Roy cause i know what hes capable of its just not happening here but if we can geta young center back moving him too.Adams I think hes movable as well.He got the talent but too soft for me.This team needs more toughness at center.

I'm not a Roy fan so I wouldn't have a problem moving him and Stafford, not that they are bad players I just think they need a change. IMO I think Darcy would disagree with me and that.
