That's what the Stars do. No surprise there.

Goals for...191, third best in the league.
Goals against...178, sixth worst in the league.

They need more defense more than they need more offense...so yeah, not needed.

For sure...Hawks don't need another 6 mil a year shooter with all the other baggage he brings.

Is it just me or do the Hawks consistently play down to the level of their opponents. Stars are not a bad team...but my gosh no Benn, no Morrow and back-up rookie goalie. I think he was called on to make 2 or 3 tough saves all nite!

You no doubt realize the vast sprawl of suburban Chicago. So yeah, the storm and sanitary systems are mostly separate, although not really in Chicago proper where they are still mixed. Lake Michigan shoreline can get nasty after extreme rain events with sewage dumping.

The whole Chicago metro area could use an infrastructure upgrade.

As a local 130 guy I always hoped that the city would get rid of the combined sewer system and go to separate storm and sanitary sewers, but the cost would be astronomical and it will never happen. Oh the amount of work there would be.

He's a big PP guy, but he's a lot older than I thought so forget it.

All I know is the Hawks are back on the road for 5 of next 6...and we all know how dominant they are on the road.

Streit is good, but very offensive...I think we need more beef down low. Martin hell yes. A bottom 6 winger who would check a tank.

Hawks get 1 more goal that game is over but they let'em hang around and give one away!

Being out hit would not have mattered if they would've played a complete 60....if the hawks control the puck like they were doing on the 1st and 2nd we would not be talking about hits......the whole hit stat is kind've misleading.

Hit stat is garbage...after 40 they should have been up 3. Again, the Hawks cannot finish, and they make a backup look like a Vezina winner.
