Yes it is...you can't live on FA pickups of Sim and Reasoner...If I were the GM I would make a few trades rather than getting free agents...

Its very important to bring in quality NHL players, it would show respectibility of a franchise instead of bringing in scrap heep players, an over-the-hill players.
We need to make a statement of change, an it starts with the Snow.

6 years is too long for a full rebuild? It really isnt. When Snow started the rebuild the Isles were in essence an expansion team, no star on the team, other team retreads, no farm system at all... come on.
Plus 2008 draft was in all reality the first day of the rebuild.. Bailey, Hamonic, Ness, Donovan, Petrov, Ullstrom, Poulin, Martin.

By the way... i need to also express that i dont think everything is perfect.. that everything is a-ok & right on track.... There are a ton of things that havent helped this rebuild... Wang is the first... most expansion teams have gotten by in their early years by being tough, gritty teams... Wang wont let that be the case.
The Arena situation.

The inability to get top free agents to even consider Long Island.

We can blame it all on Wang and he is a huge part of the blame but so is Snow. Snow has not made one move to improve this team, and his free agent pickups the last few years are a joke.
