I really liked what Laviolette did with his 5-3 chance. Those are the guys in my mind who should be on the ice when those chances show themselves. I do wonder how Giroux, Briere, Jagr, Hartnell and Timonen would do together on a regular PP unit. Laviolette leans to heavily on Giroux, Timonen, Hartnell, Voracek and Simmonds that you never know if guys like Briere and Jagr will get out there on the PP. I personally would like to see more of Briere and Jagr out there. The Playoffs are coming and I think they need to be pushed a bit, especially Briere.

You need balance, and you need to have two good PP units. You can't have every top offensive player on the first unit. Have to spread it around.
