Supposedly this fight happened after Beach made fun of Looch's posture
He's got a rep much like Downie/Kassian did for being psycho which I don't like, been a bit of a disappointment since turning pro too. Still young though, bit of a project but if he's not the core piece of a deal it would be a nice throw in. - Double_A
i'd say lucic didn't hear much about it after that. beach is lucky thats all he got from the manchild. i remember him being in the downie/avery category - hasn't done much to get into the show i guess
Bolland would be an unbelevible replacement for a potentially departing Chris Kelly. Chicago seems like a sound landing spot if Timmy goes. Obama's hometown and all. - Cape Breton Bruins

"BOSTON (CBS) - After a struggling to put the puck in the net in the playoffs, the Boston Bruins are primed to make a big splash this summer for an offensive player.
Rumor has it the Bruins are prepared to make a major offer for Columbus’ Rick Nash, who wants out of Ohio. However, the price tag is going to be pretty high.
CSNNE’s Bruins insider Joe Haggerty joined 98.5 The Sports Hub’s Toucher & Rich Friday morning to talk a potential Nash trade to Boston, but Columbus may be asking too much at the moment.
The current rate for Nash to come to Boston would be Milan Lucic and Dougie Hamilton or Tyler Seguin and Hamilton; two deals Haggs doesn’t see the Bruins offering up.
my guess is, and has been, that krejci is gone - Toad in Nj
Definitely looks like the most expendable "core" guy. All hinges on how management views Seguin I'd guess.
Guy on twitter who seems to be on the ball on the prospect side of things seems to be hinting that Leafs are interested in Timmy along with J. Knight (who Burke has supposedly had a raging broner for). Would be tough to see Timmy in a Leafs uniform Could see a guy like Kulemin maybe being a piece in return, Schenn would be a decent add too. Both had down years, but I see Kulemin as being much like PJ but with a better offensive upside. I think Schenn will wind up being a solid #4/5 in the long run.

All 3 of those guys are non-starters for me. It just seems very un-PC-like, giving up multiple core assets for an over-priced winger. Would clearly be the most skilled guy on the team, but you'd give up at least one probably 2 core pieces in return and have to sacrifice another $3M in salary up front down the road. Nash would be a nice upgrade over Horton so you could let him walk in a year, but then you've still got to replace Ute's void (or the void left from moving Seguin) with no cap to do it. Unless its Krejci and picks/prospects and Timmy's moved in a separate deal to make the needed space, it all just seems far fetched.
Sounds like Koko may bolt the OHL to play in the K. Still young, so hopefully it's just so he can bank some cash and get some pro-level experience while he waits for a shot at cracking the B's roster. Hopefully not Zinovejev/Soderberg all over again.

Why did he step up in big games early in his career, and now it seems he's along for the ride when it matters most? - bruinsbeer69
still a young guy, i am by no means throwing in the towel on him, they need his entire game, not just parts of it
as everyone knows, when he doesn't play physical he is (frank)ing useless
