Depends on the following
1) What does Caron do
2) Unknown injury to any forward
3) Hortons health
So, to be totally honest....I think yeah, he does. I'm not sold on Caron making the next step, Im worried about Hortons health, and injuries happen - bruinsbeer69
Yeah Caron is just inconsistent. There are those stretches where he shows great promise and then he has you like

Well, maybe this is the year for him?
I also saw this nugget today
Matthew Grzelcyk recounted coming to Bruins development camp as a kid. He remembers watching BC's Tommy Cross...who is still a part of Development Camp

(frank) that
he has zero (frank)ing hockey sense
that would be an asinine move and would actually fit into what chia has repeatedly (frank)ed up over the past 5? years with the "puck moving dman"
no (frank)ing way

That's not accurate. He's actually quite a solid player. His offensive production took a dive and he doesn't warrant that high a cap hit any more. But he's a very good top 4, 2-way d-man.
That said .... I don't want any part of him at almost $7M per.

Meh .... agree to disagree. I think he'd look good on a second pairing or teamed up with Z at about half the price.

i like him too...logs big minutes...thought he would be more offensive but perhaps more of an issue playing with average teams...$6.8 million way too much though...
