Hopefully he stays out west. Don't want to see Weber 4-6 times a year.

and this would hopefully improve our power play...while i have to agree standing on the UFA sidelines is probably prudent at this point, Im gonna puke if something isnt going to be done about the PP next year...It has been an issue way too (frank)ing long and we won the Cup without a decent one, but the odds are not in any teams favour to win without a decent PP. Look at LA in game 6 this year vs. Devils.

i still think about the PP we had with 2 mins left in game 7 vs. Washington and didnt come close....

There's no way our PP should be that bad considering the lack of problems scoring 5 on 5. Talent is there, IMO it's scheme. I don't think I remember one attempt to feed Z on the back door last year ... just low to high, Z slapper, puck out.

Yes it's all perimeter slap/wrist shots. Need them to go to the net.

Fluto says B's made offer for Parise.

Saw that ... probably a little bit of spin there, but I'd guess pretty much every team made on offer, whether they thought they had a legit shot might be a different story.

true dat

That's fine

I don't want a 13 year/100 million guy. Look at the ones getting that much time or cash not even coming close to that

Nash, Dipietro...you could argue Ovechkin, How about Crosby? When was the last time he played a full season?

Kindergarteners will be college freshman when that contract is finished.....F that!

I don't know how healthy Kubina is, but if he'd agree to a one year deal on the cheap he might be a nice add.

Matt Lashoff is still available

PC seems adamant that he's sitting tight. Unless he finds a steal, we might not see anyone at all.

Think at least a Hnidy type should be added, but that could come closer to camp.

I see a lot of has-beens, old timers, and minor leaguers on that list
And Wolski is just as frustrating as Poo.

You see a ton of talent.....every 20 games or so.

wolski will score in the first 3 games with a new team and be invisible for 4 months

the pp is all about how they enter and set up
far too much is run from the point and not enough from the half boards of down low

everyone knows what they do and it is easy to stop

this is where they miss savard

Yeah it would pain me greatly to deal Hamilton. But can you imagine Weber and Chara on the ice for almost a whole 60 minutes?

I wouldn't hate it. We can only hope Hamilton is a fraction of the player Weber is. Z/Weber is a tonne of $ tied up in your D though.
