One of our younger guys can bring more to the table than Pandolfo. Caron, who up until last night has been scratched in favor of the great Jay Pandgolfo, scored a goal last night, by the way.

As little as Caron has brought this season, it's still more than Pandolfo has brought.

And this isn't about a move that will "fix" the team ... It's one personnel move in an increasingly-growing line of decisions that is hurting the team. Add them all up and it's significant. One-by-one, not so much.

Get it????

doesn't need overhaul just needs unstubborn and unafraid to make adjustments cloode.

when he let's his hair down the difference is drastic. off the top of my head a few games were actually won because he shuffled lines and made in game tweaks.

Waitaminut: are you guys really having an argument about the ball and chain security blanket that should have retired long ago and that was taking the spot of a another player who might emerge come playoff time if guys like peverley, lucic, seguin and horton happen to not show up in a series/the playoffs, a la Marchand who was around and key for the Cup run what was it, like a couple of years ago? Dress "just a depth guy" like Pangolfo instead of Marchand for most of that year and nose's vital playoff brillance likely doesn't happen. Just a shortsighted suggestion that wasting icetime or a roster spot is no big deal. That is all.

For the record, I agree with you 100% that our high paid guys need to be a lot better ... Everyone not named Marchand and Bergeron needs to step it way up and start earning their paycheck.

Long list of problem right now from player complacency to personnel and coaching decisions. They need to straighten it out now, or we're cooked in the playoffs.
