Talking about this routine, dippoop. Using passive-aggressive sarcasm to make your point, but failing to back it up with any reasons why you think the way you think.

Thanks for illustrating my point a bit more clearly

any reasons? i already said i defer to the people who's job is to find a terrorist. do i need to go deeper? and doesn't this site run on passive aggressive sarcasm? we're all insulting each other from behind a keyboard. should we get together and box? seems like a hassle.

i really don't get it.

Doesn't have to be clever to be true.

So you think that shutting down an entire city's economy to find one kid is ok? Do you not think that this accomplishes exactly what the terrorists wanted to accomplish? To disrupt our free way of life?

You keep on keeping on, and when this scum finally decides to come out of hiding, a good guy with a gun is going to put one right between his eyes.

You can't just stop everything for this ... If Boston were truly "Boston Strong", everyone wouldn't be hiding in their houses right now waiting for one teenager to be caught. And that falls on all of those fine organizations you mentioned ...

Play the sporting games, go to work, keep on living and being free and show these terrorist scumbags (and potential future terrorists) that we ain't stopping for this poop.

They've shut down pretty much all public transit into/out of the city, no? The sole purpose of containing this sh!t for brains kid. Creating traffic, encouraging more people to be out and about makes it easier for this kid to escape. Just wait it out until they've got him, then celebrate his (frank)ing demise.

And let us guess... Let's say the the kid goes out and bombs himself into a crowd coming at a game. Or takes hostages. Or shoots randomly. I guess you'd be the first whiner about how the autorities handled it?

These fine organizations have no (frank)nuts like you one their teams, and good for them. Can't imagine how many more civilians would die if that was the case.

If they haven't been able to rule out if these two scumbags were working alone or part of a bigger plan than you can understand where they are coming from in canceling the game.

It would be lovely if the kid breaks into a civilians house and the homeowner shoots him with a so called "assault rifle"
Even up the political rhetoric from all the poop that has come from hijacking the newtown incident.

It sends the wrong message to the enemy that we are going to completely shut down for this poop.

It gives them optimism to plan and execute more attacks of this kind, since they now have seen that it works successfully in achieving their very goal. Everyone is in fear, locked down, and Boston's economy is nill.

You don't have to agree, but it's hard to ignore the FACTS.

I suspect that authorities are probably more concerned with keeping people safe and catching this son of a female dog than sending a message to them.

or it sends the message that not even the economy takes precedence over bringing scumbags to justice.

and shows that if you do something like this, everything possible will be done to find you as quickly as possible.
