that's finally settled, time to prepare...although it's not like they weren't preparing in the first place. They now can place a little more focus on it.
they all know what's at stake. |

@BroadStBull: Digest these numbers. Bryz vs. #Devils this season: 3-0, 0.29 GAA, .987 save percentage. #Flyers. Looks like we might have to go through the entire atlantic minus the islanders to get to the finals.
Three out of Five so called experts picked Flyers in 5, other two picked Flyers in 7 and 6. |

With how Bruz has been up and down, those numbers don't mean Richard to me, but it is interesting that a cup run could hit 3 Atlantic division teams in a row. |

the devils are a very scary jekyll and hyde team, if kovalchuk parise and elias bring their a-game i dont know that bryz can handle it...people may want to forget it but he did give up an absurd amount of goals last series, and if we can dictate the pace in any game the flyers are in serious trouble |

The Flyers shut down Malkin and Crosby, I will post pictures of the two players that will become the Devils worst nightmare. They also played the Penguins ranked top goals for in the league.

For a Devils fan that doesn't think the Flyers fans will be honest, your off to a really good start, doing the same. The Flyers and Bryzgalov can handle anything the Devils throw at them. It will be a hard tough Series. Like it's supposed to be. Maybe it's just an oversight on your part, but the Flyers have a lot they can throw at the Devils.

don't get me wrong, i respect the hell out of the flyers and the tools they have...i just think that after taking down pittsburg and seeing they have the horrible crappy worst team to ever skate devils in the next round theyre gonna relax when this series is gonna be nothing like the last...offense vs offense is gonna make the winning team look unbeatable...but defense wins championships and if we can fluster the forwards we will see them fall apart |

I agree the Flyers might come out slow to start game 1, but if the Devils starting beating them early in game 1, they won't just roll over and take it.

Henrique would have been Malkins female dog if he even attempted to cover him, Also Coots has more points then Henrique. I think everyone GM would take a 19 year old Coots right now over a 22 year old Henrique. You can't teach what Coots got.

offensively, yes I would agree with you. but coots just made the mvp and leading scorer of the league his b!itch and completely took him out of the game.
Matt Read isn't a stiff either, 26 years old or not. |

his 27 points vs henriques 51 points in 3 less games doesnt really lend credence to your claims...and playoff stats dont matter coming out of that circus act you guys called a series |

I called it defeating the best offensive team in the league. Regular season Henrique centered Ilya Kovalchuk a top offensive player in the league. Coots shut down the opposing teams top line. I am not trying to be a Richard about it, but Coots is worth more to any GM in the league. |

So Will Coots be going up against Parise or will they just say lets put our firepower against your firepower and have Giroux against that line? I can see Talbot getting into Kovalchuk's head for sure and getting him to take some silly penalties. |

...you gave up 26 goals in 6 games...apparently shutting down the top line and forgetting about the rest of the team isnt a great strategy |
