I believe Myers was the 5th and final sabre skater to get in the corner after the hit

I kinda wished I checked my phone earlier

by the time I chimed in they were all gone

at the end of it all... Miller with his falling leg chop attempt probably did the most for standing up for the teams goalie in that situation.

I would have fined him. With the way that the NHL is, where the result is key (it shouldn't be, but it is), there was no way a suspension would have been warranted. Plus, given the fact that when you run a goaltender like that, you are definitely looking for trouble, I don't think a reflex action like that would ever have warranted a suspension. Now, if he took that swing during Lucic's next shift on the other hand, it becomes premeditated and then who knows?

We have a shift bid in September. Time to bust my can and get all my stats up so I'm at the top of the list. The manager that hired me told me the other night. Can't freaking wait. At this point, I'd take a midshift over this crap.
