Really need to set the tone in game 5. I thought we looked solid at times in periods 2 and 3, just can't have another period like the first where Washington completely dominates the play.

If Rangers come out i Game 5 as they did 4, they are going home down 3-2, unless Hank steals one as he almost did Saturday.

Callahan talk about the lack of "hate". You guys think the Rangers do a little vigilante justice meaning someone challenges Ovechkin? Just to get them going. Easy. I don't think we're supposed to complain about the officiating unless it involves the Rangers get screwed. At least the prevailing opinion about Rangers fans is that is what we do.

Okay, now to be serious. I still feel good about this team and series. It's closely mirrored the last series but in my opinion Ottawa matched up better; or at least gave us more difficulties with their style.

We have created enough offensive chances but just haven't cashed in on enough of them. Good to see Gabby with goals in back-to-back contests.

We discussed yesterday that maybe it is time for McD to get some PP time. He's done a solid job of getting pucks on goal compared to MDZ, who seems to shoot almost straight into the shot block. Step needs to be moved down the boards and off the point on the PP. He's better setting up off the half-boards.

Just them chanting "hey you suck" after they score, they went straight into a Flyers suck chant, they've become and embarrassment for the NHL

He caught Zubrus with a shoulder to the kisser, didn't leave his feet though, if Ovi doesn't even get a call then neither does Giroux but they have to spin the wheel first.
