The Larkin Building has tons of busineses, First Niagara is moving the hq there. Plus other projects are coming like the Seneca Building is being renovated as well

I assume most of this construction would all follow the new Peace Bridge.

Talked with a rep this morning about const. companies don't want to work with anything that has to do with buffalo mayor. too many hands in the pot and greasy palms to get anything done . Friend of his has a lawsuit against buffalo because of it . Pretty much a real reason why nothing can get done in the city.

100% agree even snakes call him a snake. Ive also had a friend have issues with the city and them wanting their take. Byron does whatever it takes to do nothing but oh theres a camera hes gotta get his face in front of it. How that man keeps getting re elected is a travesty. Im surprised he didnt give Mario Williams a key to the city or did TO sell it to pay his baby mommas

Frank Lloyd Wright, incredible open concept office building. Check pictures of the inside, nothing like it in the world. It's a parking lot these days.

It'd be interesting to see him added to the mix of Foligno, Tropp & possibly Armia...

It seems to me like we have A LOT of 3rd line, maybe 2nd line... and 2nd pair type prospects...
Maybe we can upgrade some of them into top prospects like we did when we got Hodgson
