Ok, the forwards I would have a real hard time giving up in a trade are Giroux (obviously), Coots, Schenn, and Read. I just love the idea of having G, Coots, and Schenn possibly being the top 3 centers for the next 5 years or more.

You can pretty much guarantee G and coots are untouchable. If the right premiere D man becomes available ..read ,jvr, maybe even schenn will be available .IMO I highly doubt schenn ..but JVR and read. We cant expect to get a weber/yandle and not give anything up.

Do you expect a big move? I'm kind of on the fence. I'm hoping for a move like Mez a couple years ago.

Kovy has been invisible so far in this series.

At the end of the season, I didn't think so. However, Snyder in his interviews has been pretty forthcoming over the years. So, my opinion has changed and I do expect a big move. If not Suter, then trading a forward for a d-man. Guys like Wellwood and Cousins (yes, I believe Cousins can be an effective forward on the third or 4th line next year on the big club- he would be handled similiar to Coots this year, especially early in the year) are in the system and offer depth to offset the loss of a forward traded.
