I didnt say he swallows everyone up, but he does absolutely swallow guys up.. He wins battles along the boards, and when he uses he size and strength he eliminates a lot of players. Is he elite.. nope, but he is a very good physical #4 d-dman.

If one guy is the answer then what's his name? Don't say Weber, because that's just a pipe dream as of right now. I'm not knocking Grossman or Coburn or Meszaros or Timonen. I like all of those guys. My point is the Flyers are short a puck moving defenseman and a hard hitting, physical defenseman on the back end. Even if they do sign Suter, I'd still like to see them go after another defenseman.

What is your definition of a star player. For me it's; high marks in all cataegories, reproducability year over year, durability, scoring, physical play, fan base, all-round play... I think my last note shows that he is above average in all categories.

I don't think any of the top 3 will make to the 45th pick. However, have heard the Flyers also like Joonas Korpisalo, so that's a possibility.
