Slim pickings. I like Clemmensen the most by far on this list, big guy, solid numbers in his career. He would be a good backup for Bryzgalov, and might play well enough to push him for playing time. Not to mention he would be solid if Bryzgalov got injured.
I suspect Clemmensen may have a chance to start somewhere. |

Mason, Ellis, Auld and Conklin are all guys I'd be okay with I think. Even Montoya. |

he has 1st pairing talent...at this point he's ahead of bogosian - isaiah520
I guess if the price was right and there weren't other comparable options go ahead, but I'd be hesitant due to the attitude issues. |

They are ok. I'm thinking in the terms of if an injury would occur, and Clemmensen imo would be the best guy on that list by a wide margin to hold down the fort with not much dropoff. |

Auld will be lucky to get an AHL job.
Conklin sucks.
Elllis can't stay healthy.
Mason I'd be ok with, but I'd prefer Biron or Clemmenson. Desjardins an intriguing guy. Solid goalie, never really given a shot to play in the NHL thus far. |

I'd be fine with him too. He played decent two seasons ago iirc. I think I had him on my fantasy team for a while. |

It's not about loyalty. He's shown that he is a good guy in the room, and a good teammate. You read about the things that he did for Lunqvist. He'll be no threat to Bryzgalov. And he has a great personality. And he's a good Goalie. He's the perfect veteran backup |

I didn't realize Clemmensen and Biron were the same age, I thought Clemmensen was considerably younger. I would be ok with either guy. Money being equal Biron actually has an opportunity to play more in Philly than with the Rangers. |

didn't know that
I do remember him mouthing off to Richie a couple of years ago and thought that was pretty funny - Marc D
i also remember too vivdly the game where he was pulling his mouth open and stamping his feet at the ref like a toddler on skates to try for a 4 minute.
i did see a recent interview where he seemed perfectly nice but i'm still a little iffy on the bratty stuff. |

I wouldn't mind Montoya at all, actually. I'd prefer Biron or Clemmenson still, but Montoya looked great at times on the Isle. |
