If the Flyers could land Ryan and #6, I would begrudingly be willing to part with Schenn. Reinhart/Dumba/or Tervainan with Ryan for Schenn would be a pretty good trade off for the Flyers.

I think he really liked it in Cali though. As most guys do. He's 36 though and UFA after this season, plus he has a huge hit this season. Makes sense from an ANA point of view I suppose.

No doubt, #20 probably a Bourdon or a 2nd round pick additionally, but I really like Schenn. However, we would all see if JVR can become a top end winger if Schenn goes.

Ob, I can't disagree with your logic, but if they feel they can get elite talent at the top end of the draft, I can't argue with the gameplan. Ryan and G together and still having JVR on the roster is still pretty deep scoring.

I have never been a fan of Ribiero, I thought the Caps already had decent center depth.

Well you always look at everything, but if they want to move up in a draft I'd wait for 2013.

After the Leafs pick, I'm going to sweating it the (frank) out....I don't want to see any blockbusters from Homer....keep the kids together and use the picks for depth in the organization. We need it.
