No. He turned down a $3M, one-year contract offer from Dallas because he wants multi-year. Steer clear of the over-35 contract on a guy with his injury history. His play dropped significantly both offensively and defensively (largely due to foot injuries) after a hot start last season.
Flyers already have plenty of size on the blueline. Souray still has the huge shot (although the accuracy went AWOL after the first 6 weeks of last season) but not much else left in tank. Takes way too many penalties, lead-footed, too.
