Nash? - Daman
John LeClair, better then all of them. You couldn't knock this guy over. |

Your preaching to the choir. I purchased LeClair's authentic CCM Boston All-Star jersey. I was sitting in Maple Leaf Garden when LeClair scored his 40th goal for the Flyers for the first time. Hextall threw a 4-0 shutout, go figure. With that being said, those type of forwards take a real beating because they play what LeClair called "a man's game". Hard in the corners and getting to the front of the net. - ravishingone
John LeClair's 4 goal game against the Habs. One game after the Flyers comeback against the Flames that saw Mark Recchi lead the comeback and featured some of Hitchcock's mind games. We were down going into the 3rd and Hitch had only Recchi stand on the ice for a center ice faceoff with only a second left of the second period. Two amazing games in a row. |

i hate the penguins. #thatisall - flyerscup2011
Never hated the Rangers until this season. Never considered them a factor until this season. I hate the Devils first, love to hate the Pens but do hate the Pens (It's like watching the Yankees take on the red socks) and now I hate the Rangers third. This was the season to hate every single player on that roster. I really wish we were able to take them on in the eastern conference finals. |

No. Leclair ended up healthier over his career than Tim Kerr, but he was not better than Kerr. Your last sentence tells me that you never saw Kerr play. |

Standard move is buying the whole team dinner when you sign a new contract. Sid should have to take the whole league out...

Incorrect, didn't you read the blog?
If Flyers are $4.4 million under the cap when the season starts. They have (Pronger's $4.9 million-$4.4 million) after adding back in Pronger's LTIR. As I said, you can do it, but you have no cap space to make moves at the deadline. Just a question, what did you trade Bourdon for? - jstross
No it's not incorrect. I didn't do anything with Bourdon. Add him in if you want to also. I've shown you the numbers using the Capgeek calculator. If you're going to tell me I'm incorrect. You might think about being right.

F Carle. In this crazy game of chess, lets think two steps ahead. Weber will be miserable when Suter leaves and he realizes he is in a hick town. No way he signs an extension.
Flyers, with enough cap space at the trade deadline, pull the trigger. With Timmo retiring, no sweat long term.
We have 5 very good d-men. Dont overpay Carle. Think ahead. - Daman

Because it's filled with hicks from the sticks?
I'm sure he hasn't been sleeping in someone's basement for years. He knows exactly what kind of town he's in and what kind of team he's on and will decide based on his comfort level.
As for it being a hick town. What kind of towns do you think most hockey players come from? Most of them are from little places, whether in Canada, U.S., or somewhere in Europe. |

Kerr could not be moved from the crease, and he played when it was legal (or ignored) for defenseman and goalies to do a lot more stick whacking then they allow today. Kerr was awesome in the crease. |

I didn't see what he wrote, but I was happy for Gagne, Carts and Richie too.
Lupul has a lot to be thankful for, he came back from a pretty serious spine infection. He might never have played again.

ah they were good enough as second line players with a lights out goalie, but they weren't enough to carry it off as the first line with inconsistent goal tending... big difference... Lupul was wrong there |

He might have died, it was that serious.
I tweeted him back about his little slam, not that he'd have read it, pointing out the key guys on LA were never Flyers. |
