I was the Guy who said Forsberg is not top 5 pick and Collberg was better than Forsberg and you guys made fun of me. I still say Collberg show up in important games Like Jordan Eberle. He was big part of U20 WJC Champions Sweden. That #20 (ottawa prospect) kid was even strugling but his strugle was erase 'cuz he had game winning goal.

Er... you do realize that I didn't have Forsberg in my Top 5, right? I haven't been a fan of him at all. I said it to you last time, but said that my mock had him higher because a mock draft is guessing based on consensus lists.

But please... continue to go around to other threads and all me names and then come back here and expect to have a normal conversation about prospects.

I enjoyed the Leafs draft this year, I think Burke did quite well. But what frustrates is my rival team got the draft I wanted. Galchenyuk, Collberg, and Thrower is amazing.... (frank)ing montreal....

Yeah I think the habs had the advantage of having a coule really good D-prospects in the system.. It really let them choose the best player available and i like what they did

I've seen you call me a moron in Eklund's blog comments. But whatever. I don't need to hide anything, lol. I'm pretty damn open.

My bad, haha. Some of those little known Euro players I don't see or at least not enough, so I won't comment on them. I expect quality from myself.

And man! the roads suuuuuuuck. So many potholes these days. And going through the delta is a pain. I've actually stopped using it entirely.

Habs had a great draft as t stands right now. Obviously none of players could turn out but looks pretty promising. I wanted thrower and my gut told me go with gally for the oilers. Oh well yak is the man

You went on in a blog about Leafs not making playoffs and that because of that, I'm not smart because I think the Leafs have some quality prospects. I had no idea that prospects = playoffs. If they did... the New York Islanders and Minnesota Wild would have won a Stanley Cup last year.

Go away.

LOL, true.

I'm in Galt, down the road from Southwood, where I went to high school. I like the K-W area. Right in between London and Toronto, and enough in the area to keep me occupied. (Lots of Jr Hockey)

Er.... yea.

Minnesota: Granlund, Coyle, Lucia, Hackett, Phillips, Rau, Brodin, Bulmer, Zucker... that's a good list of prospects.

NYI: Strome, Nino, Anders Lee, Brock Nelson, Cizikas, Mayfield, De Haan, Pedan and Ness. There are some good names there too.

You go on and on about guys like Jurco, Tatar, etc. good prospects, yes... but there are a lot of question marks on them too. They're boom or bust type players. Hockey is about more than stick handling in a phone booth... it's about fear, intimidation, will, strength, sacrifice, teamwork, character.

Yea, i agree with you, but you cannot deny Alexander Mogilny was big part of New Jersey Devils winning the cup in 2000.

I agree--- I've always said the best built hockey teams take a couple skilled players and surround that with the will/character/sacrifice of tougher players. Very few teams can win playing a pure European style game.

In fact, Mogilny is one of my favorite players ever. But I'll take a hard nosed Bruins/LA team any day over having to watch a bunch of Jurcos and Tatars.

Me, i would take:

Ovechkin - Crosby - Giroux
Kovalchuk - Toews - Gaborik
Neal - Malkin - Perry
Zetterberg - Datsyuk - Kesler
Keith - Seabrook
M. Staal - Letang
Edler - Pietrangelo
Price - Fleury

over your hard nose Bruins and Kings...
