Prior to last year he had 30 points in 37 career playoff games. Even with last year's troubles, he's still averaging 0.66 PPG in the playoffs in his career.

However, during the summer, Sirius XM does a lot of reruns. Two hosts were discussing how Semin would fit in Pitsburgh and itwas rerun later and led to a slew of rumors that he was signing in Pittsburgh by people that misunderstood the show.

Call me a fool but I want the Flyers to sign Semin for two (three years max). I believe he could help elevate this team big time. I think they will make a pitch for Doan first though. They may explore Ryan one last time but in the end it only takes a contract to nab Semin.

They'll make a pitch to Doan. But I think they end up with Bobby Ryan.

The only way I think they don't get Ryan is if Burke outbids them with a ridiculous offer.
