if people want to list goalies ahead of of Lundqvist fine, but don't make up some bull that he has taken a step back the last two years, years where he led the Rangers to the finals and game 7 of the conference finals.

Well, if you're making a list of the best players at a position, that should probably be taken into consideration. Otherwise you end up ranking Quick higher than Lundqvist and Schnieder. |

Suter is a top D-man in the league. He is one of the best. But based on how you talk about D-men i'm not surprised you don't see it. D-men don't need to get points if they are good at defense. Believe it or not there's more than just Subban and Letang style guys in the league. |

Price has taken over from Lundqvist as the best overall but if i need a goalie to win me one game, right now Price just is not that guy. anyone who watches knows that his play slips in the playoffs. |

By reputation perhaps. I wouldn't take him on that contract and neither would a lot of GMs. I saw Suter look pathetic against Crosby's line last year and elbow Downie then get suspended. Guess you didn't see that. |
