Think of what this will mean for us at the deadline!
Imagine you are a GM - and you have a choice between two rentals. Both are of equal value to you - but one now comes with the possibility of giving your entire team mumps... |

Carol Schram: Vancouver Canucks hit hard by mumps in return to game action after bye week
The Vancouver Canucks will most likely be without five regular players as a case of the mumps has taken over the locker room. Vancouver returns to the ice after its five-day break to host the San Jose Sharks on Saturday night at Rogers Arena. - Carol Schram
Mumps? Could be worse.
I had a buddy that went tree planting. When the crew from Quebec showed up the whole camp had crabs in under 2 weeks. |

Athletes these days are puzzles. Back in the old day we would play if we had mumps measles typhoid malaria or hooping cough. Not only that but we would walk two miles to the arena with our jackets open in the midst of winter. |

Now I know Vantel is lying. He never had a jacket. It was a woven sweater. |

Thats pretty standard. Our camp cook was from Quebec and she was smoking hot. Needless to say the whole camp was infected with the week. |

True she did have dreadlocks. I am not even joking at all. |

Why don't they get immunized like all normal people? |

No doubt. It happens everywhere thos filthy bastards go for seasonal work. Treeplanting camps, ski lodges...not a big deal tho, crabs can be killed in 4-5 days if you do all the laundrey and follow the directions on the script. |

I was in Amsterdam a few years ago watching cricket with some Brits. You should have heard what they had to say about the French. Actually, they were pretty rough on the Pakistani and Turks too. Now that I think about it, they were pretty harsh racists over all. |

Long story. Two weeks before the draft I was enlisted in the army . I had one week before I was finally done with military service and was heading home to be part of my beloved Canadians.
It was 2 AM and the army pulled a short arm inspection . That is where they wake you up early morning and check your junk for d1ck drip STDs .
The nurse and the MPs walk in turn on the lights and start yelling trousers down. The very beautiful nurse then walked around and yanked on everyone's junk twice to see if there was drip.
She walked up to me and yanked twice and I looked her straight in the eye and said" look , if you are doing this for God and the country then all is fine and well , but if you are doing it for me can you go a little quicker"
Long story short , it was the generals daughter , one month in the stockade , I missed training camp. |

When I was playing junior back in Saskatchewan, mid 80's, someone was (frank)in a whole lot of puck bunnies and came to the dressing room with crabs. We had to get all our equipment disinfected or thrown away and vacate the dressing room for a few days while they fumigated it; coach and management were NOT amused LOL. |
