Been saying it all season long but I just have not seen a team that dogged in their playing their system come hell or high water. They rarely are straying and they just play at a high tempo too. Everything is done at speed, and that includes a strong forecheck. Yes Fleury is the ultimate equalizer when they make mistakes or teams get chances too, but the work ethic is just unreal.

All lines play the same way. All defensive pairs. It is awesome to watch.

It seems like VGK almost always have an odd man rush, but they never have one against them. Magnificently coached team.

All props to the Vegas GM (who I made fun of after what I thought was a horrible expansion draft) and the coach. That defensive responsibility is just sick.

What i like about them is how quick and every time they pounce on turnovers,mistakes made by the other team. Between that and the goalie and team play has put them in the position they are in. Well deserved
