The sex was consensual, the taking a picture of it was not and the distribution of the picture wasn't either. Distribution of that kind of material is a criminal offense.

I really don’t buy the statement either. You took the kid for his skill. You don’t give a poop about him otherwise because you just threw a colossal poop storm his way by going against his wishes and drafting him to the biggest hockey market in the league with a 1st round pick.

The only funny thing about this unfortunate situation is how mad Gary Bettman was after the pick... only to then have to introduce the Blackhawks and their "wall of women".

NHL aint doing much to dispel the long held sterotypes of hockey players.

It's good we can look towards our Original 6 franchises as a model of good organizational integrity.

Well, I hope the kid is a very good hockey player for the poop show this pick will cause... I think they should've saved the drama and go with the next guy on their list...

Imagine the professionals that Montreal can offer to help---this is the best thing for the kid----I will repeat it again kid.

I agree and I'm not sure they will keep the pick, there's going to be such a media poopstorm and people will demand that they cut ties with the guy...didn't that happen to a pick who turned out to be a bully last year or the one before? Something about making a disabled kid lick stuff off a toilet or something?
