Results don't matter, it's all about the process.
The team is playing well, we're getting a good pick next draft and we've stockpiled for the future.
This is a great time.

the organization seems to be doing the right things to develop a winning culture and mentality, it's looking good indeed. |

Indeed, Boston had destroyed them 5-1 in the last meeting lol |

the habs from the first half of the season are so different from now, it's insane. and thank god for that change, even if they aren't winning you can tell that the players care and are confident in themselves.

Can we please stop with the HuGo thing? Hughes is GM and makes the decisions. Gorton may be involved in the process, but so is often the coach, in this case St. Louis. So are they St.HuGo? It's just confusing when reading it and makes it heavy for no reason. It might have worked when we thought the GM was going to be a puppet for Gorton, but I'm pretty sure that option has been proven wrong by now. |

Armia showed again he is is a STUD and should not be traded. I don’t care that he is not noticeable every night. Like Anderson, when Armia brings it he can dominate a game. He needs more ice time to get going. I liked Lehkonen, but he is no Armia. |

the sad thing is I think the majority of people could accept him and move on, but there's unfortunately a loud minority who will be willing to throw their shoe at the habs for keeping him. personally I hope he stays and has success here, cancel culture needs to have its limits.

This is funny. He was soft and useless for most of the game, his soft play leading to the first bruins' goal. He just happen to score on a golden oppurtinity graciously offered by marchand, who at least scored two in the game, that is half Armia's production of the year.
Was it a missing /i situation ? |

yup, which would explain why Armia is still in MTL while a guy like Lehkonen fetched a good return.

Armia is the definition of sitting on a contract.
He's a frustrating player to watch because you know the level of skill he has...but he can go on weeks where it seems he's half-assing it or even not working at all.
The few nights where he seems to be under a certain fire doesn't make his contract worth it in my opinion. |
