Did Kaprizov get stopped at the border, more reports coming out that he did. Are these old, thought Billy came out earlier and said Kaprizov was in the States.

Guerin said from the beginning that Kaprizov was still in Russia. A guy on Twitter reported that he was back in the US. Reports now are that he attempted to leave twice. Reports are that Kaprizov had a student deferment exempting him from military service. That expired at the end of June.
