Good to see the Wings take advantage of CBJ and chalk up another W!

Seider with 1 goal and 3 assists in the last 2 games...hopefully this is the start of his offense getting going. Copp with 2 assists and Bert with his 1st goal, hope that gets them going too. Larkin with a goal and 2 assists, Hronek with 2 goals, Raymond with 2 assists and Kubalik with a goal (he's looking like one of the best bargains/signings of the off-season)...hopefully these guys all keep playing like this. Walman also looks much better than Haag.

Wings weren't facing top competition these last 2 games but at least they played good and won. This should help with some confidence and their next few games aren't against top teams so they should be able to keep the winning streak going if they put in a full 60 minute effort.

I thought 6-5 OT after the point streak CBJ has been riding. Glad I was right. Detroit did get 6 goals

Husso had to make some big saves, it could have been a much different game without his first period acrobatics.

Nice way to end the road trip. Exactly what this team needed. Off topic...Carter Mazur is leading all college hockey in goals right now with 12. Early still in the college hockey season but love to see it.

Yeah, the Denver program is doing well for some of our prospects. They said last night that Carter has “Jackson” on his sticks instead of his name. So he never forgets where he comes from.

That's pretty cool. You think Mazur joins the Wings after the NCAA tournament?

Been watching Walman on defense and he's looking like a very solid pickup for Yzerman. He will add some much needed depth on defense on that 3rd pairing.

Kubalik is on pace to score another 30 goals at this rate. He's got a rocket of a shot. Probably the best shot on the entire team from what I've seen. One thing I found interesting when talking to Habs fans was they said Chariot has a heavy one-timer / slap shot and can be effective with it. Saw it for the first time when he scored his goal from the point. We'll see if he can keep doing it.

Chariot scored a beautiful slap shot goal against the Devils like the 2nd game into the season. He can shoot the puck.

Detroit claims Helberg! Is Ned's job going to Buffalo??
Or elsewhere?
