Officiating was whistle happy both ways, and Jiricek does not play on special teams. Nothing to see there.

I didn't see the game, but from what I read the CBJ's offense was sitting on the bench next to Jiricek. What is going on? 16 shots on the power play and 1 goal? Then two breakaways by the worst team in the league in OT?
What is going to happen when we play good teams? The schedule has had only 2 playoff teams from last year on it (Rangers and Wild) and the team is barely over .500 playing bottom feeders. It is rapidly becoming clear this is going to be another very long year in Columbus, maybe with a decent defense, but no offense that can score against anyone.
Unless things change quickly the front office needs to start writing resignation letters and start collecting draft choices for the next stage of the rebuild.
