Are fans really becoming impatient with the Forest? I myself don't get that sense.

Judging by multiple comments I've seen on "how long until they send him down (or scratch him)" or asking my opinion on it, yes, there's an undercurrent of it.

got it. I can see a game sitting, as no big deal. If he was playing terrible then send h down. No need at this point.

same, he hasn't scored, but thought he hasn't looked out of place.

Bill thanks for continuing to poke holes in all the Frost fallacies even though it means you catch an unordinary amount of flak for it from the mouth breathers in the peanut gallery.

Watched Torts presser today, he is a Cates enthusiast. Doesn’t want to be to hard on him, because he expects so much from him, but need more O from him.

Torts has always played favorites. Basically he’ll give grinders chance after chance while skill players, especially smaller ones, are permanently under his microscope. He’s an arrogant dinosaur and the sooner he’s out of the NHL, the better.

Tort's said as much this week in an interview, where he talked about the impact of a player like Deslauriers and called it something that has been lost or undervalued in today's game. Yes, because today's game is based on speed and skill, not bench clearing brawls Torts. But in the end, I agree with Torts in the sense that I miss the physicality of the past NHL, but I also like today's game much, much more.

That's right .. how many cups has Pastrnak won? How did he do last year against the Panthers when it mattered the most in the playoffs?

I think it would be a mistake to send Foerster down. He has already demonstrated he can play at this level. He needs to get to the dirty areas Bill as your rightly point out and just get pucks on net and eventually he will get one. And once he does I think he score bunches after that. Just have to be patient with him. That is what this year is supposed to be about, not winning for today but building something that will win a lot down the road.

He is a great regular season scorer on a really amazing team, that I hate with every ounce of fiber in my being!

79 points in 77 career playoff games -- what a fraud of a player -- I mean compare that to tk's playoff stats
