The only thing I dont like is still having the flaming c on the front. I think it would look cleaner without it. Oh and I hate the weird mountain pattern on the inside of the collar. Why is that there?

Square shoulders are awesome though.

Jerseys are fine; middle of the road in terms of 3rd jerseys. Question: why does Cammis' s assistant 'A' have the old Atlanta Flames logo but the captains 'C' doesn't have the Flames flaming 'C'?

I'm really glad to see that Colborne is coming along. That 1st goal by Russell was made in large part to Colborne standing in front of Holtby. He couldn't see jack poope. Russell too has been much better. Sven is also our best puck carrier. He does very well brinvging the puck over the blue line. I've said for a while, Sven is more Tanguay than Iggy. An excellent play maker in making.

My guess is the owners wanted more Calgary name brand, if you will...wanted to make sure the name stood out.

I can see this as a line next year Sven - Monohan - Porier (the sniper)

Ya, I was thinking that on our next family vacation to europe, I would take the new Alt (Calgary) Jersey to represent my home town.

Well that's even worse.

They had a chance to be bold, creative and thats what they came up with? Not impressed... The shoulder patch reminds me a bit of the old Colorado Rockies logo...

The third jersey is okay, not great, not terrible. Sven is 100% more Tanguay than Ignila, but this team will need that aspect going forward as much as anything. How about that sweet dangle by Sven which drew the first penalty. Awesome!

All I can say is that the third jersey looks like a baseball uniform. For good or bad it just gives that impression.

I thought Sven was playing pretty well before he sat out that game however he did turn it up a notch Saturday night and looked very good out there Maybe the coaches do know what they are doing.

Colburne also look more impressive 4th line duties do not do him justice and he needs to play top 9 minutes in order to be effective. Stajan Backlund Monahan and Colbourne all need to be in the top 3 lines not sure what is going to give here

It's Calgary, it never usually makes sense.
