thanks for the update Karine. bump from the other thread: I just hope Evans will be fine if he plays, I know he's been given the green light by the team doctors for physical contact but this is his 3rd concussion since 2018... sounds kinda risky at this point.

Yeah I'm aware of the concern but if he's cleared, let's hope he really is all better because im 100% with you, don't want to rish his long term health

he probably feels 100% right now, or close to it (it's the playoffs so of course he wants to play no matter what) but it's the potential long term repercussions that we know very little about that could be worrisome, especially if he gets hit hard again. it's not like he doesn't deserve the ice time though, he was playing really well before his injury.

yeah, it's been discussed a lot already so I guess we can just let bygones be bygones but I find this take is just ridiculous. the main objective in hockey is supposed to be to score more goals than your opponent, not to take someone's head off... Evans wanted to score, and Scheifele clearly wasn't playing the puck. I can't see how someone could define that kind of poop as a "hockey play" but oh well.

but Evans while behind the net could have looked up to see what is coming. he never did. what was the rush? you lead by 1, the puck is 200 feet from your net, a min left to play...
