hunwick playing over nelson so they can have 3 lefties and 3 righties

insanity

the coach would rather put a player out there who the team gets consistently hemmed in their own end when hes on the ice, than someone who is almost undoubtedly better just to keep 3 lefties 3 righties

make this nightmare end

Jeff Skinner isn't signing.

It's out of my system now. I feared I would explode under the wait of all this truth if I had to hold it in any longer.

He will not sign. It is over. Et tu, Jeff? Et tu!

I am not one to wish for tanking as we have been on that mode for 7 years but whats the point of winning games the rest of the way out. They clearly are not making the playoffs, getting a top 10 pick and a chance for the #1 overall pick should be the goal at this point...

Wilson with Mittelstadt sucks. Wilson can't cash.

Wake me up when/if we get to see Nylander and Olofsson

I totally agree. I hope we are both wrong but I fear that we are going to be right on this one....

I never understood the lefty/righty defenseman logic.

If the player is good, it shouldn't matter

True. Mitts has had his legs moving the past few games. Hope they can keep up.

How in the blue hell does Scott Wilson get a promotion?

Is it because he tries hard?
Is it because he’s played in this league before and therefor deserves it?

My biggest knock on Mitts this year is that he makes the absolute worst decision with the puck every time he has it.

It's tough to play on bad teams, with bad coaching, coaching changes, players being sold off and new players not wanting to play for the dysfunctional system.
The culture has to change and winning does that.
Ed and Buff need 3 solid offensive players and 2 dependable D-men. Sekera hurt Ed a lot. In hindsight, a bad signing.
Buff needs secondary scoring whether that is from 2 good lines or one good line and a 2nd and 3rd that is equal.
I think Jack and Skin's along with Jesus & Leon's goal ratio to team production is very high.
How do you fix it? Time to develop good draft pick, some luck and a good trade or 2 if possible. You cannot buy it.
I am interested to see what happens with Bogo at the end of next year. Sign him or trade him. He will want 5 mill again.

Well he either passes it through 4 defenders, shoots it at 3 defenders or throws it up the middle of the ice to the other team without looking.

He just needs to get comfortable carrying the puck.

He seems like a pass-first guy, which I understand because I am when I play but sometimes you have to just line up your shot or hold on to it when you have the space.

imo, he's been progressing well for the better part of the season...you can tell he's sill getting a feel for the speed of the game and what may or may not work...a lot went wrong early on but he's worked through much of that...still a way's to go but if he continues to keep his feet moving (which I think he will,) good things will happen more frequently
