Well they didn’t start out very good, but they certainly played well enough after that to win, and they SHOULD have! Zero shots on 3 PP’s is unacceptable as is getting a 2 min 4 on 3 in OT and not scoring.

Although Aberg finally did something positive with his first goal he is an absolute slug. He reminds me of Heatley. Just kind of floats around and really doesn’t give a whole lot of effort.

Fiala looked great tonight and finally looked like the player that was sold to Wild fans by Fenton. Really had to shake my head though when the classless Mushville fans actually booed him.

Getting a point is good in a game they shouldn’t have won, but without question they should have had 2 tonight. Extremely disappointing.

Fiala was booed while he was here too. He is a tremendous talent and i will always remember him scoring the game 3 winner vs Blackhawks and the team rallying around him after breaking his leg in Game 1 vs Blues. His development in Milwaukee was not without some pouting and some questioning of his wanting to be here. I was sad to see him go, but wasn't surprised to see him traded. Hope he finds success up in Minnesota.

Finally, more than a glimmer from Fiala. That first goal was a pretty one. Would have been nice to see him get the hat trick in OT. I was happy to see the Wild get a point last night, as I didn't expect them to...especially after the start of the game. Again, it is bittersweet, since even if the Wild do make the playoffs, I don't expect them to do much. But then again, I guess it would be better to make the playoffs, then not make the playoffs, but have a good enough record to not get a clue-chip prospect in the draft.
