The Coyotes were by far their own worst enemy. Really, really bad turnovers. Keller heads up ice and someone (Fisher? Dvorak? I forget) gives him a suicide pass which he doesn’t see because he’s cruising for a flip or bank off the boards. OEL has an easy outlet to Hammer and Richards around and turns it over. Dvorak has full control of the puck down low and gives Chucky a “see ya later” bank pass off the boards; Chucky hears footsteps and a few moments later it’s in the back of the net. Leaving Toews wide open for that breakaway was an absolute missed assignment. Really bad decision making all night by the Coyotes last night
