The goal of winning the Stanley Cup is an integral part of that identity. Ultimate success has been elusive on that front for as long as I’ve been a fan of the Flyers. But the passion to win is what pulled me in and the kindness and family business practices are all part of why I believe.

Yeah, took over the team as GM during their worst season in franchise history, and by the next year had them back in the Eastern Conference Final. Two years later, had them in the Stanley Cup Final (a place, need I remind you, where the Leafs haven't been since 1967).
