He is a PP specialist. Plus, he is godawful defensively and add in his contract , hard pass. He ain't coming close to 44 goals ever again.

He's only 22 years old. We'll see but he's got a few years before he hits his prime

Do you want to be paying him 8ishM for the next 7 years? That is the question. Very few wingers are worth that.

For all the angst over the Bears, TB is sticking it to GB

Bears might be the worst 5-1 team in league history.

Can't see Carolina doing this, at all. They have too many defenders as it is and are trying to unload Gardiner. Maybe they do it if you take Gardiner off their hands! (?)
- Quillanrocks

Me neither. They just happen to have about the right amount of cap space to make it happen, and their window is right now. They need a goalie more than anything though.

Imagine how bad the offense would be if we had a defensive head coach...

I say the same thing every week.

Look in Dictionary under "smoke and mirrors" and you'll see 2020 Bears.

Nagy is really frustrating play caller.

They're winning with defense. Like we have seen for years. Some of Nagy's calls can be suspect but he isn't the one back there unloading the ball before a play develops and the O-line was decent today in pass blocking.

Did Nagy call for Foles to throw the ball up for grabs right after the Bears recovered the fumble.

IDK, the Bears beat a team that asskicked the Packers all over the field,

He did call for Foles to pass on 3rd and short near the end of the game. The incompletion stopped the clock and saved the Panthers their last time out. No bueno.

Not the first time his clock management skills have come into question this year either.

At least I think that’s Kane’s preference. Laine needs a change of scenery, but I think it’s going to take a lot to get him.

If Stan was worried about Saad’s next deal, then I think it’s doubtful that he’d pursue Laine.. the cost is twofold—hypothetically you give up Strome and Keith for Laine, AND you lose out on future signings when he gets $8m on his next deal.

An 8 mildo slacker is not what the hawks need. Burt he can snipe.

That is two weeks in a row, defense bailed him out both times, but not always going to be able to.

I remember a Bears team where the Defense bailed out the Offence. I think they won aa Super Bowl that year.

To be fair all the big money is on the defensive side of the ball. That's also a damn good record considering they have to win inspite of the refs.

You mean the offense that had the best running back in league history, running behind the best offensive line in team history? That offense?

With a wide receiver sporting world class speed, too. I believe the '85 were 1st or 2nd in scoring.
