Logan Brown being traded has been floated out enough, that it's either coming from the Sens, the agent, or the family. So I'm assuming he's on the move soon.

Yep he is the player I saw rumored a couple of days ago

I really hope not. I don’t like everything about that kid. From his injuries to his contract to his entitled personality to his locker room fits he’s had, f him man.
- nyrangers9479

Hypocrite lol. All that can be said about Deangelo too

All eichel wants to do is win. He isn’t entitled. He’s played on a crap team and crap org for 6 years now? I’d want out too

The only thing that should make or break a trade for him is his neck, that’s it. Not his salary, not his attitude, etc. Because if he’s healthy, on the rangers, he’s probably a 100 pt player in his sleep.

All I am saying if the Rangers trade for a 24 year old star center who averages just about a point per game playing for that Franchise....yea I am going to be excited

ADA was making 10 million a year and had a neck injury that most say he’ll never be the same from? Damn, must’ve missed that. Not to mention he’s a career 44% on draws.

I can't wait for a LTIR Eichel with a broken neck and Barclay Goodrow centering the top line in his absence.

There’s been story after story about it. Some say it’s bc he’s tired of losing, some say it’s because it’s all about him first. Trust when I tell u it’s not what I’m most concerned about when talking about Eichel. #1 is his health, the neck injury is a major concern. #2 is the contract, that contract could be an anchor when it’s time to give deals to guys like Fox Kakko Laf Krav Miller etc. The locker room stuff and complaining I think could be fixed with a new atmosphere and maturity.

if healthy, he's a great player who makes an enormous amount of money that could fill a hole we've been trying to fill for years

health and the contract are the ONLY two concerns with Eichel

anything else is just made up stuff because of those two things

I don’t know 2 other things that could be more important than health and contract when talking about what would be arguably your best player.

absolutely, but don't make up other stuff that doesn't exist because of those two things

fact is, he's an absolutely TIRELESS worker he wants to win extremely badly and his teammates love him

My favorite part is that while we all have our ideas, and a plan we think is best for the team, they're gonna do what they think is best or within their reach.

At the end of the day and we will have to choose to either be willing to back the team, or move on/take a break.

There have been times where I wanted to take a break from the team after certain personnel changes. I always get over it and try to embrace the changes that were made. We're all just along for the ride, as awesome or as poopty as it will be.

I agree we’d have to get on board and hope like hell he becomes that true #1 we’ve been in search of, I just don’t see it happening. I’d rather get 2 guys like Dvorak and Horvat over just Eichel bc Eichel also means Zib is 95% gone. Can’t have 3 guys making 10+ each, especially not with guys like Kakko and Laf who will be due for raises soon.

I don't think he's necessarily "making it up". I've read the same poop at times and like you mention it will follow him around like stink on poop because of his status/contract. When you are at that level of pay you are going to get scrutinized to death no mater if it's fair or not.

Imagine if Panarin didn't do what he did at his pay level? It would be anarchy.

I am trying to remain positive about the prospect of Eichel landing with the Rangers. We will definitely have our share of trolls willing to spout the same poop we're mentioning now. Buffalo fans will be especially bad since it will be akin to a bad breakup where all the poopty fans just focus on the negative aspects of Eichel's tenure rather than the fact that their team/management is a never ending dumpster fire. Fans of other teams will be salty they missed out.
