Sorry for the lack of updated but life has been so crazy lately.
I had a very long blog post written after the Capitals game but it somehow got deleted and I never had the time to try again.
How about those Thrashers? Man I can not believe that I am saying this but this is definately our year. I've always been one to try to avoid that saying but there it is. This is our year and I hope the rest of the league is ready to take on the Thrashers in the playoffs.
I think I've been most impressed but the way our team has been playing as a whole which is something we have lacked in the past. When a team thinks as one they win as one.
All I know is I will never, ever forget the goal that Bobby Holik scored vs. The Capitals. Ovechkin who? That's also pretty big for me to say considering I'm a HUGE Ovechkin fan but man that goal by Holik was fantastic.
Since I've been out of the loop for a little bit I'd like to hear your thoughts on the season as it comes to a close and what you expect for the post season.
I'm very excited for the game on Thursday vs. San Jose because they are a team I have started to follow this season and I'm looking forward to seeing them live vs. the birds.
I've missed you all!!
