I will continue to update today throughout the day...but let's start here..

- I am hearing as many as six teams in on Sean Bergenheim, three of which are Montreal, Pittsburgh, and Winnipeg, as well as Vancouver. I am hearing talk of a deal that would send Bergenheim+ to Vancouver for Zack Kassian.

- A source just texted me that Dale Tallon is doing a great job building this up.

- Also I am hearing the Islanders and Avalanche continue to have discussions about a three-player deal.

- Montreal and Boston are both looking for defensive help, as is San Jose.
